New to the market: Brookside Artist Unit

Dear artists and friends-

Unit 8 at Brookside is now for sale.  As you may know if you check out our blog often, Brookside Studios is a wonderinf artist building with working artists who specialize in many different disciplines.   For more information.

(CDBG Moderate Income Unit:  80% area median income or below, as monitored by the City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development).
Household income must be lower than the following limits based on household size.
Household Size/Income Limit
1 person/$45,500
2 person/$52,000
3 person/$58,500
4 person/$65,000
etc
